Emilio was friendly and very courteous . If I can at least get good customer service from service department representative I’m good. it alleviates the discomfort of having to leaver your vehicle that is semi-new in the shop.

I waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged at the service desk. The computer screens are high and I am short. I finally decided to go around the corner of the service desk and speak with George.

Didn't get answers to questions about timeline needed to manage rental costs. Never got quote on windshield starburst as requested. Car interior was left with splattered residue in dashboard, mirrors and sunroof. Returned within two days because we discovered the passenger seatbelt was broken sometime during Kia's possession. With how long you all had the vehicle (our primary car), the trip we had to make from Yorba Linda, and how much we had to front to rent a car because no loaners were available--I'd hope to have more frequent updates and the car returned at least as clean as it started out. I'm not looking forward to leaving it overnight again and having to get a second rental.

George Kasem was very good. You should have a sign up that says digital service fee is $1.99 because I don't feel like they have anything to do with the service I had done on my car
