Seemed like he was new. Pushing for unnecessary services that were conveniently uncovered. Checking in took a considerable amount of time, my ride was being told to move his vehicle for waiting so long for me. Later when my vehicle was ready, he called my number, then proceeded to state that he doesn't know who he called and asking what my name was.

George was great. I've had him before and he is always very detailed. Oriented and I leave satisfied every single time. Personally, I think you should pay him more.

I received notification that my car was ready for pick up and I prepaid prior to picking up my car which came to a total of $317.79. I saw on the mechanics video that my engine filter was dirty and opted to have a new one replaced for an additional $117 (estimate). I called Nathan to let him know that I would like my filter replaced. When I arrived, Nathan stated that he gave me a discount on my filters which was very much appreciated. At that point o gave him my credit card thinking he was going to charge me to have the filter replaced. When I looked at the receipt, I noticed that I was charged $385.80. I informed Nathan that I had already paid online. He was not aware of that, so I was charged twice. Mike Conelly was gracious enough to help refund my card. This was yesterday (11/20) and the money has not been put back in my card as of today(11/21). I understand that these mistakes can happen, but just wished it would have been noted that I already paid.
I have been coming here for the past 3 years since I bought my car and my experiences here have been nothing but exceptional. They always tell me what is best needed for my car to be running in top shape. I appreciate Michael for taking the time in helping me out and getting my car the services it needed.
