I felt like a queen from your staff. What happen? My several prior experiences were negative so I had to go to another Kia service facility in Alhambra. But after having my car broken into twice I had negative from them too. (Not having any of my calls returned). So I had to go outside of Kia service departments. So with the recall letter and Alhambra facility closed I returned to your Covina facility. WOW was I surprised to received such great service. Thank you! Thank you!

Came in for a 8am scheduled appointment. Arrived at 7:30am and my car was ready at 10:05am for an oil and tire rotation. Not only was I waiting at the lobby. When I received my vehicle they didn’t even showed me what was done. The car was not vacuumed or front windows cleaned as other dealerships returned your car. Does this Curtsy not applied at your dealership anymore? Not a good experience. Will reconsider coming back to this dealership .
The accurate multipoint Inspection reports provided to us by the service department help us decide the repairs and maintenance our Cadenza needs.
When we do the proper repairs and maintenance, our car will last longer and be safer.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Covina Kia and feel it is important to document my concerns clearly.
I brought my vehicle in due to a recall, yet I was still charged a diagnostic fee, which should not have occurred if the issue was recall-related. Even after paying for diagnostics, the dealership was unable to clearly identify or resolve the issue. My vehicle continues to shake, and I have been told there is still no clear explanation for what is wrong.
More concerning, the vehicle now feels unsafe to drive. At this point, this is no longer an inconvenience—it is a safety concern. I am genuinely afraid to drive my car, which defeats the purpose of owning a reliable vehicle.
Additionally, I made multiple attempts to speak with a manager. I called back specifically requesting a callback from management and never received one. The lack of follow-up and accountability only added to my frustration and stress.
Overall, I feel taken advantage of and dismissed as a customer. I expected transparency, proper communication, and resolution—especially when safety is involved—and I did not receive that. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
