I had two coupons and I didn’t see anything on my bill where I was credited for the coupons. The person who helped me said he used the coupons, but I think I paid exactly what I was quoted when I came in. However, if I am mistaken, I would have liked to have been shown the discount on my bill proving that the coupons were used.
Eric was very competent and took care of all my needs. He was also very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done to the car.
I waited for 3 hours just to hear that the new keys are out of stock. Worst experience.

Unsatisfied: I need to take the vehicle back because a warning light is still on. Also a low tire pressure light is on (tire pressures are at 35). They may be related.

Very frustrating experience. Car was gone for 40 days. Getting a loaner was a nightmare and communication was less than ideal, several times responses well over next business day. That's leaving out the first part where Alberto apparently didn't follow procedure and didn't submit paperwork.
It was a great experience. Emilio was friendly and helpful. I had to wait for my car and it was finished in a timely manner. Thanks! Debbie
Emilio Quinonez was the best employee we have worked with to date at Covina KIA! This guy deserves to be more customer facing/in a larger role at your dealership, instead of hiding away in the back. Emilio’s customer service was top notch! He greeted us as soon as we walked in. He asked how he could help. He listened to our concerns from start to finish without interrupting. He quickly processed/checked in our vehicle. He let us know what to expect & offered to call with a follow up. He called letting us know he tried the best he could to get us a replacement on a tire that was damaged when we drove off the lot. He apologized for not being able to replace the tire but only repair. He assured us our vehicle was safe & will not be affected negatively in any way. This guy is truly a 10+ out of 10! All your dealership employees should strive to service customers as he does. Job very well done! Anytime we have service needs in the future we’ll be sure to reach out to Emilio!
They said my cars windows were cleaned and interior was vacuumed and it wasn’t at all. A ECU/ECM upgrade also took over 5 hours to complete. Kia techs could not answer my questions regarding the knock sensor recall on the engine as well.. very disappointed with the customer service and work done.
All good. He was very nice and made my visit very comfortable.
I'll definitely keep taking my Kia Sportage for service with you guys, and also recomend my Lyft pasagers to go with you guys if they are considering buying a new or use car
