Battery cables loose. Wheel alignment was off. Still making noise I brung to attention when reversing snd the job I paid for was supposedly for that. Two pop in screws missing on frame along front tire. When picking up they told me the shocks were bad which they should have shared with me to see if I wanted repaired while my vehicle was there for 2 weeks. Light bulbs were not replaced and I was told they were. Before and after video was not provided I had to ask for the before video. Highly disappointed in kia mechanic feels like no pride in the work

Jose was the first to acknowledge me when I walked in and ready to help. He was friendly and engaged in conversation which is always a plus. I appreciated that he listened to a small concern about setting up future service appointments and he gave me a couple of options/solutions that I will definitely do for my next visit.
