I Commented that horn wasn't working. He said it would be 4 to 5 days to have it diagnosed. He said loaner could not be given till he confirmed it was under warranty. He said he wouldn't know if it could have been tampered with or maybe rats could be tearing the wires. I told him no one has tried working on the car and we don't have rats and the car was a lease and it would be under warranty. He said he could not check it till 4 or 5 days. When the car was ready it took about 20 min to bring from service after he said he would bring it right away. My app also did not have the service complete done. I had to click service complete on my app for it to show service was completed. He also quoted a price over the phone then when it was time to pay he had raised the price and only lowered it back to the quote after i mentioned that was not the price over the phone. Then made it seem like he was doing me a favor my lowering it back to the quote.

Emilio has been the BEST service guy I have had.. in my 6 years coming to Kia service department. It’s Never a good experience because it always takes so long for customers!! Even with an appointment and with great warranties and service packages. Emilio made sure I was satisfied and happy. He went above and beyond. He made sure my car was completed and ready for me. I will be asking for him always! He makes sure the customer is happy and NOT INCONVENIENCED!!!!!!!! I can’t say that about others! Thank you Emilio!!!!

George did an excellent job of rearranging my car’s account as it was mixed with someone else’s and then he did set up my car with its routine maintenance service and said my car would be out by a certain time. It was half hour early . He sent me the video of my car being looked over in inspection so I figured the engine filter needed changing as the cabin filter was changed per George’s recommendation. I am suffering from allergies so this really helps me out my vehicle is safe

Don’t know who George is the rep that assisted me was Emilio or simile name. I’ve been to other dealerships n yours was very busy n unorganized when I arrived. Perhaps a number system might help customers?

Michael is great and I never had any issues until now. My car was scratched really bad. Well the dealership took responsibility, I am now left without a car for hopefully no more than a week. I think you need to provide a rental
Aldo provided great customer service and care. Everytime I called him he was aware of my car and my situation and provided assistance and assurance everytime I asked a question. Great worker and would come back to service my car at Kia Covina to work with him again.
