I had to wait 2 hours for shuttle service, according to staff only one vehicle was available to transport customers, that’s ridiculous there were several people waiting. I took my car in for a recall and at pick up I assumed everything was done, staff who gave me my car keys and paperwork didn’t say I had to come back or anything. I took it upon myself to ask another staff person who looked up my car and said it was just “inspected” parts have been ordered and you’ll be called to schedule the actual repair, this is poor communication on the staff member who gave me back my car keys at pick up. I had asked if they’d look at my sunroof because it’s under warranty and is not opening anymore, I was told by multiple staff members that in order for my sunroof to be looked at I’d have to leave it there for 2 1/2 weeks to “wait in line”. This makes absolutely no sense, I need my car to work etc and I’d have to just let it sit there to they get around to it? And they don’t provide a loaner vehicle, not everyone can afford to rent a car, borrow a car or be without a car. This is just to inspect it , not eve repair the problem. I’d appreciate if someone would give me a call to resolve this problem, since it seems that no one at the dealership in service department can do anything.

Check my vehicle to get fixed. Had motor replaced was under warranty, took it in for brake lights on wasn’t even looked at when I picked up my vehicle. There was paint damage. I was told because when they washed it, they washed it too hard deal claimed. The vehicle was ready. I went to pick it up was not paying it right was not happy with the way it looked for me. It was done. I went to pick it up and there was paint damaged on my door. Looks like somebody scuffed it or hit it was showing that it was taken off or buffed out they said my vehicle was done. Send me pictures and nothing was done to the sides of the front windshield. Very disappointed very unhappy with the service. I will be taking us step further owner of Kia. There’s no reason why I drove there four times and my vehicle was not done , we’re going on almost a month and I still have not received my vehicle due to not repairing the damage that was caused by the dealer I will be taking a step further contacting Better Business Bureau
I left my car at the dealership all day, but they were not able to diagnose the problem or fix it and told me I have to make another appointment to bring my car in again on another day.
Michael is and has always been kind, polite, knowledgeable, and my preferred advisor when servicing my vehicle.
The customer service and mechanics are absolutely terrible. Contacted to update me on my car for over a week before I had to call to get an update. I was told when dropping off the car estimated time to diagnose was 3 days, it ended up being >3 weeks. In that time no one called or texted to update me on a timeline. I had to call multiple times a day before some one answered my call. When I finally reached someone 2 weeks later, I was told a sensor was broken and they ordered a new part. But no one contacted me to tell me this information, I was also not given a timeline as to when it would be fixed. It was 2 weeks later when I had to call multiple times to reach someone again to ask to pick up my car. I was told something else was broken in addition that would cost over double what a local mechanic would fix it. Upon taking it to a local mechanic we were told the wrong coils were in the wrong cylinders.
I am utterly disappointed in the service and mechanics.
This is my 3rd issue with the same problems in the last year. Obviously Kia mechanics do not know how to fix the underlying issue and just keep replacing the same parts. I will tell everyone to avoid kia at all costs. I would like a refund of everything I had to pay for in the last year as this is infuriating and this is a scam.

I am all about making money, but when u charge $50 more for 5,000 miles service it's outrageous. Also when u said clean the windows, u just turned on the wind shield wiper, vacuum was never done, I will think twice before I come back.u might made money today, in the long run, u will make less
Apparently your website scheduling information is not accurate or consistent with the information your service writers have. One price is quoted on the website scheduling and another with your service writers. In my case there was a price difference of approximately $400. As such, when you bring your vehicle in for service expecting the price on the website and get another price when it is written up, it looks like a upscale or the old fashion bait and switch used on consumers. in sum, take ownership of the information posted on your website.
Eric Perez is the best. I love the way he treats the costumers. He is very helpful and trustworthy.
