The service and work was great, except for one thing. The main connection to the lights was disconnected. My headlights and turn signal lights did not work. I had to pull over at an auto parts store and dismantle the cover to get to the connection. At this point I did not know what the problem was. I’m thankful it was an easy fix, but it could’ve been avoided had the wires not been left disconnected

Your new automated system is very confusing! When the services are sent to the customer through the automated system all charges should be revealed. The complete balance should be visible for the customer. I have come to this Kia location for a few years for service and this was by far the worst service I experienced. I do hope for your customers satisfaction you can fix this issue.

Carl Cruz did a great job! But absolutely do not like your new policy on not washing customers cars, so there goes customer service! Also, you need a new policy for taking in cars that need to be seen by the diagnostic technician and have them sit for 3 weeks on your lot, taking up space!! You could take the customer’s name and information on the vehicle and let them know a few days out, when the car is actually going to be seen or worked on by the diagnostic technician! Now that would be good customer service!!!

We waited a very long time to have someone help us when we were told our car was done.
It’s took 4 f-in hours to get a oil change and a light bulb change. It hasn’t been a year I purchased the used car from your Covina location. I go in for a oil change and ask I if want to do three different services to the cuz the previous car owner didn’t do it shouldn’t this have been done before I purchased a used car what a disappointment. With this dealership if I would’ve gotten all that had to be done I would’ve been paying over $1000 who goes to get an oil change and happen to have $1000 in cash not me my service today was $300. After 4 hour wait ????

George, was not pushy on upsetting: Oil additives or fuel additives. He scheduled a shuttle to drop and pick me up, and kept me updated on ETA.

We took vehicle in for manufacture recall not for customer complaint like paper work states. Why don’t you state facts on paper work instead of throwing it on the customer?

I brought my vehicle in for a recall and Multipoint Inspection, and while reviewing the report, I noticed that the technician indicated that my windshield wipers were in good condition. However, this assessment is clearly inaccurate, as my wipers are visibly worn and even have parts that are deteriorating.
Given the obvious condition of the wipers, I am concerned that other aspects of the inspection may not have been conducted thoroughly. This raises serious doubts about the quality and accuracy of the service I received.
