Matthew was very nice and professional.
Unfortunately the part my vehicle required is on back order so the vehicle repair could not be completed.
Everything was fine up until our representitive left to go somewhere. I was not informed my car was ready so I sat there a little longer and was confused when another employee asked if I knew about it. Then whoever checked me out didn't really talk to me about my car, just wanted me to sign the papers and go. I realized after that not everything was on my report sheet, vs what my representitive has been telling me what was going on with my car. There wasn't good communication at the end of my service.

When I called to make the appointment I was assured it would be an hour and half. I only booked it at that time because of that assurance. I had to pick up my daughter at daycare and was late and had to pay extra because I picked her up late. I also told the person on the phone about the disc menu button not working ever since I bought the car. They told me they would take a look at it when I brought it in today no problem. I get there and mention it and was told no it would take several hours to run diagnostics and I'd have to wait 2-3 hours for that. If I was informed earlier I could have dropped the car off and had it all done in one day but was misinformed. Putting on 2 cross bars took an 2 hours and 20 minutes. The service guy told me it'd be an hour and 55 minutes or sooner and when I went up to ask how much longer I was told less then 10 minutes...25 minutes later

Matthew Hidalgo greeted me when I walked in. He was very welcoming and professional. He explained what services I needed and when everything was completed, he went over everything with me. He truly has excellent customer service.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Four hours for an hour and a half job and my most pressing problem was never resolved. This is the third time a simple service at Classic has taken 3 plus hours. I will take my 60 month maintenance contract where I can find real mechanics. I purchased two vehicles at Classic and my last three visits will insure that I’ll never be back. I took the car to a real mechanic and he promptly diagnosed a defective battery. Classic allowed me to leave with a real problem unresolved.
Excellent service would recommend him again, very knowledgeable and very polite.
I was pleased with the way Josh kept following up and kept me updated on the status of the TPM delivery. I will continue to use Josh as my preferred service advisor.
