Rep didn’t look thru my service contract to verify my services so he quoted me for a service that was already included in my service plan. He also seemed like he was out of it and didn’t care.

Certified Honda HRV was purchased and car had a odor in it when I test drove it. After detailing it at Classic,the Vehicle still had the odor. Was advised after I purchased the HRV by a family member to check the cabin filter. I thought that was a waste of time at first because a Certified Honda must pass 182 point inspection, but reluctantly checked it anyway. After removing it the filter was extremely overdue for changing, very dirty. I brought this attention to Sales Manager and service advisor and no one seemed to care too much about helping me. After owning the car 2 weeks I had to purchase the Filter and install it.

The service done to my car was great but the Agent Matthew Hidalgo was very rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers I do not want Matthew to be my agent ever again when I go in for my car to be service or else I'll take my car to a differençt dealer.
I felt very 'taken care of' by everyone involved with my visit - three people in all.

The service was very good.
We were told that we could use competitor coupons for an oil change before bringing my mother-in-law's car in, but then they said we could not because the car wasn't a Honda. So the oil change was twice as much as we were expecting to pay. The person should have said that over the phone so we didn't feel misled.
Josh always courteous and professional. He explains car stuff so I can understand. His helpfulness is much appreciated. Thank you Josh.
The technician damaged my rim while I was there today.. I am extremely disappointed in my service.
