Great service from the start..Customer service representative who took my call found ways to quickly give me an appointment, vehicle was taken in for service immediately and service completed within an hour with great quality. Super impressive and excellent customer service.

The overall experience was rough due to little communication on the progress of my car all week. I understand there was a delay with the part, however even if there is no update or a delay, someone should reach out on a daily basis to let me know instead of having to make those phone calls myself. Tom did make things better in person & it was appreciated.

You guys managed to repair what other dealerships failed to even diagnose. There was an annoyance with parts but thankfully Mathew Hidalgo handled the situation along with the tech so we could arrive to a happy conclusion. Great job overall.

Service was not able to clear out all my error codes after replacing a bad battery. I was told a speed sensor failed, and the part would be ordered and available next day, and that I would be contacted to setting an appointment to fix the speed sensor. I have not been contacted by my advisor or anyone regarding if the part did in fact arrive or to schedule an appointment.
