I scheduled an appointment to meet with someone about fixing a broken door handle on my car. Matthew stated I needed a full inspection even though I already knew what was broken, how it was broken, and I still had the broken piece. After the inspection Matthew stated that if I were to get the pay the $400 to get the handle replaced he could waive the inspection fee of $100. But because I didn’t have the $400 to pay for it I chose to just buy the part from you guys instead and fix it myself Matthew said I would be charged for the inspection.
So I was literally charged $100 for the mechanic to tell me that my door handle was broken. Something I clearly knew prior to ever scheduling an appointment. It was very unprofessional and I feel scammed. I feel completely robbed and unless I get a refund for the inspection I will never work with this dealership again. Absolutely horrible way of scamming people out of there money.
My front passenger tire is not balance like it was before service tire is wobbly I don’t think he replace the weight back on rim for proper balance and would like to get it look at
Whe I call to make the appointment I was told that both repairs would take 2 hours. When I checked the vehicle in I was then told that 1 repair would take 4 to 6 hours and that it's normal how long they take, so to do both repairs I could be waiting 8 to 12 hours, I have replaced both the parts on other cars that needs to be replaced and it took me 3 hours, why do you take so long but say your service is express?? The first person that set the appointment should KNOW HOW LONG repairs take so customers know how to plan their day. And why set an appointment if I have to wait 45 minutes before the car gets into the the repair shop what kind of crazy stuff is that? Not a good experience

I was quoted one price for service I brought my car in based off that price and I after the work was done the price almost doubled. I was never given the same price twice from day to day. I was then told my car would be ready and someone would contact me for pick up I end up calling since I wasn’t contacted I was told again an advisor would reach out to me and still no call. My car was originally suppose to be ready Thursday it is now Sunday and I am still without a car and no call.
Matthew was very helpful and made great suggestions. I’ve been with Classic Honda over 35 years and wouldn’t go any place else.
