I had an appointment and my oil change took longer than usual. I had been waiting for 2 hours and wanted an update on the status of my car. And when I asked Matthew about it, he told me it was done. Had I not asked, who knows how long I would've waited. It would have been courteous of him to let me know the car was done rather than keeping me waiting and for me to ask about it.

My whole experience was not a good one at all it took for ever to get in and once I did I arrived there and they didn’t even have me on the schedule and I had to sit at dealerships for 3 hours. While I was there no one asked if I needed anything or even a cup of coffee and then I was given a so call car wash at a car wash that was awful and wasn’t even working and hasn’t in months I was told by someone that was vacuuming their car there no one was out going or personal at the dealership also my oil was at 60% and asked to have it changed to be told to wait till it was done to 20% and everyone said it shouldn’t of been like that I just bought the car a few months ago so I’m not happy about my experience at all.

The thing that bugs me is the "complimentary" car wash. Yall used to do it on site. It was a value add. Now you give a voucher that can't even be redeemed. That arrangement should be revisited or abandoned. Not offering a wash is better than offering a fake one.

Nick did not even acknowledge that I was there for the first few minutes after my arrival. I had to call his attention in order to be checked in, and then he had another associate to help me instead.

A few months ago I had gone in to get a recall and maintained done. I went again this time for oil and apparently had to make another appointment for the recall that I supposedly thought was already done. That was already upsetting because I had previously gone in to take care of that and then somehow it wasn’t even done?! Anyways I go in and asked how long this recall would take. They said 1 hour. I asked if they were sure because I was currently on my break from work and if it was going to take longer I would need to call me sister now to give me a ride home. They assured me it was only 1 hour. This was at 12pm. I left at 4PM! I couldn’t use a loaner car because I need to renew my license, but there was no shuttle suggested to me. 4 hours is UNACCEPTABLE. I had to call my work and ask for half a day off. A day I could have used to actually do something instead of sit around. I also had my newborn with me which didn’t help the situation. Not only was the situation and waiting time unacceptable but how ineffectively this was handled. Nothing was done for the inconvenience.
