A 3.5 hour job turned out to be a 8 hr wait that I knew I’ll Uber and come back
My experience did not have anything to do with my service advisor, Mathew did everything he could to correct the situation and apologized. I had an appointment fo4 my SUV to have 4 new tires put on(which was ordered at least a week prior maybe more), however the wrong tires were ordered and I guess they did not realize that until they had the current tires on my SUV off, I was there for close 2 hrs before I was told about the mistake and I was there another hour waiting for my tires to be put back on. My days off are limited, and spending over 3hrs in the waiting area of the dealership without the end product was very frustrating to say the least. I was floored to how the Honda dealership could order the wrong tires or send the wrong tires for a vehicle made by Honda. Matthew and the Manger did apologize and is throwing in a alignment with the 4 new tires that were ordered, however I'm nervous and not looking forward to returning to try this again.
Called around eleven to make a appointment to get a new tire for my Honda Fit , the service department told me to come in after one I show up a little early tell the guy I have a one o’clock appointment to get a new tire he tells me I don’t have you down for a appointment but wait in the service waiting room we will take a look at your car it is dead in there just me and two other people waiting on our car s a hour and a half I waited until I went up to Nick and asked if my car was ready he was very nice and checked me out and thanked me for my business
Greg is a great service person he does awesome job explaining to you about the details of your vehicle and he is just as pleasant and respectful as he can be by far he is one of the best service I have dealt with since I've been letting Classic Honda Service my car for the last 5 years

Went in to get my a/c fixed and paid $345.82 and it’s still blowing warm air! I will have to take it back tomorrow again. I don’t blame Greg as he has always been great. He is very pleasant to work with unfortunately this is the second time I needed repair on my car and had to take it back to get it fixed. Spent $2,162.39 on that.
I was thoroughly satisfied with the service that Greg Jones provided.
