When I arrived (without appointment) to get a new battery, I was directed to a service advisor only to be told that it will be about 10 to 15 wait due to couple customers ahead of me. After 15 minute wait to be checked in, I was getting very frustrated. Then another service advisor, Nick was available and quickly helped me out. Thank you Nick for your excellent customer service.

I was satisfied with the service
I set up an appointment to get an issue with my AC fixed. I spoke with Matthew and he said the car would be done that same day around 5pm. Two days went by without a phone call, I contacted the service department and was told Matthew would get back to me later in the day. A day later I finally spoke with him and he said they would be working on my car. Days after dropping the car off, I was told I would need a new part, which was fine. The whole thing ended up lasting a week to be able to finally get my car. When I went to pick it up today, the whole process took about 30 mins just to get it. I understood the fact that they were understaffed, but when you give the wrong keys this causes an unnecessary inconvenience. I do not need to be contacted as I do not plan on returning to this location.
