Service time took longer than expected and I needed to ask for a timeline for completion after the original timeline expired. I felt services suggested (brake fluid flush) were not warranted at this time. HONDA RECOMMENDS 30,000 MILES AT A MIN. OR THREE YEARS, neither of which apply to my vehicle. I typical give 5 stars for the service center at classic honda just not today.

Wait time was ridiculously long… Apparently because the service was “complimentary” according to Matthew. Good thing I approached the other sales rep that was there after patiently waiting for over 2 hours unless I would’ve been there for an additional hour waiting for my vehicle. Matthew called me a hour after I left to tell me my car was ready
