Service time took longer than expected and I needed to ask for a timeline for completion after the original timeline expired. I felt services suggested (brake fluid flush) were not warranted at this time. HONDA RECOMMENDS 30,000 MILES AT A MIN. OR THREE YEARS, neither of which apply to my vehicle. I typical give 5 stars for the service center at classic honda just not today.
The service was excellent and Matthew went above and beyond to take good care of me. He got me in and out same day with great communication. Matthew & Classic Honda will definitely be my go to Honda dealer for all future service needs.

Wait time was ridiculously long… Apparently because the service was “complimentary” according to Matthew. Good thing I approached the other sales rep that was there after patiently waiting for over 2 hours unless I would’ve been there for an additional hour waiting for my vehicle. Matthew called me a hour after I left to tell me my car was ready
