I was told that my appointment went be two hours over the phone and when I got to the shop. However, I was there for over 4 hours. Nobody gave me any update I had to keep asking.
Josh told me the time my car would be ready and it was. I had a few issues in the past with wait times.

You guys gave me back my car with the start dead and told me it was going to die eventually but I have had NO problem getting my car to start until I bring it to you guys and after wasting my whole morning and spending money already to get a long overdue oil change, they try to make me wait an extra hour claiming the car needed to cool off which wasn’t true and I ultimately had to toll my car. So I bring the car here for the first time and get it back WITH MORE problems…
