I was right on time and anxious I wouldn't be able to make my other appointment. Matthew Hidalgo helped me and was collective and polite the entire time, even when dealing with other customers who were more irritable than I was.

Whole reason I made the appointment was for my tires. Service person tried to sell me all this maintenance on my car when I had it done not even five months ago. Apparently there are not records kept between Honda dealerships. Guy was nice and respectful, but not knowing why I came in when I clearly stated it on The service request is interesting. 2nd time for oil change. Both times had appointment, & stated waiting. 1sr time wait 2hours, today wait - 1 hour 40 min for an oil change. We have never waited this long for just an oil change with an appointment. Is this typical? If so we will not be returning.
Great experience - from the service manager to the technician! And they even gave me a ride home when my personal rode fell through. Will be a customer for a long time. Thanks .
