My vehicle had 1 issue, that took 2 weeks and 1 day to be rectified, something that could have been done in 3 days, next I called every day during this two week period and every time I called I was told my vehicle 8s being worked on; I fail to believe I was being told the truth, on top of that it's on the day I received my vehicle that I was able to know what exactly was wrong within the vehicle, that's not great or good service; I am greatdul my vehicle was fixed but the during i waited, plus the rental company sent me an email about returning the vehicle and I drove to Honda thinking yes my vehicle is ready only to know I was not supposed to get that email and my vehicle was not ready, smh.
However Thank you for fixing my vehicle.

Josh was very efficient and made me be aware of the service that was provided. He also informed me when the work was done.
Josh was great. I was a little early for my appointment, but he checked me in. He gave me a time estimate for when my car would be finished and I waited in the service area. The car was ready earlier than expected and I was very happy with the service.
Everything went well but as a random side note why do you not give the customer a full tank of gas??? Think that would be appropriate considering the money spent .
My car battery died I called and I was told to come in for my battery to be replaced as it was under warranty, and I ended up having no car until 4pm I had to take a paid Lyft to work and back to the dealership and I felt as if I was brushed off the entire time despite me having reasonable frustrations.
My Wait Time Was Horrendous 2hr 55min for an alignment, balance and rotate wheels and an oil change. "They have to make sure the wheels are aligned properly and that takes an hour". Paraphrased a bit "and an hour to do the rest". Same job anywhere else less than 40-45 mins. I truly want a refund for a job not done right the first time.

I had an appointment for a oil change and I was there from 1:45 to 3:15. I think that is way too long for this service and with an appointment. I asked about it and I was told they have appointments and they work the walk-ins in. I feel my car should have been taken in at the appointment time.
Josh was professional, polite & upbeat. I thought my service appointment would take 3 hours or more, but when I arrived, Josh told me it would be closer to 2 hours or less and it was COMPLETELY covered with my service plan. I had to pay nothing out of pocket! Fantastic! Josh also gave me info for the crack in my windshield which just happened the past weekend.
Mathew was my advisor. Making an appointment didn’t do anything. I was told it would take 1to 1&1/2 hours at 1&1/4 hours later it had not even gone back to just have a simple oil and filter change. Please tell your customers the truth. I had kids to pick up!!!!
Don’t make appointments when it is first come first serve.
I won’t be back.
