I always feel uncomfortable bringing my car to the dealership because I know before I get there that I will be encouraged to add additional services which will cost way more than what I calculated before arriving.

Aa far as the service for the vehicle they were unable to identify the problem, and therefore was not addressed. The service representive did a great job on the customer service aspect, and that was appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue with my battery and they were not able to figure out and advised that the battery is fine. However, when the representative first turned the car on, he noticed the same problem.

Greg, Laura, and the service manager were very helpful. The past couple times I’ve visited Classic Honda, I wasn’t impressed at all by the customer service aspect of my service appointments, but adding Greg and Laura to your team is a win. They were professional, efficient, and helpful.
