Matthew Hidalgo did a good job, he is very kind and respectful, but the technician or mechanic, whatever you want to call him, is irresponsible because he put in the papers that he had done the tire rotation and he did not do it. I had to go back and wait about another hour. because of the irresponsibility of the Mechanic and unfortunately that also happened to me in Lynn Massachusetts a dealer also cool a way to steal from the customer or I was wrong Matthew Hidalgo hizo un buen trabajo es muy amable y respetuoso pero el técnico o mecánico como usted quieran llamarle es un irresponsable porque puso en los papeles que había hecho la rotación de llanta y no la hizo tuve que regresar para atrás y esperar aproximadamente una hora más por la irresponsabilidad de el Mecanico y lamentablemente eso también me pasó en Lynn Massachusetts un dealer también de la onda una forma de robarle al cliente o equivoco

They over sell stuff they not even look previous stuff what we did they recommended to do transmission fluid change which already did 4 month ago n spend $500 but no more changing the delarship for service not this location.

I was overcharged. I was told two different fluids needed to be replaced. I agreed to have this done. Only one had been replaced.
