Alia Abroguena’s service was unprofessional. she set me up by having me pay for a service without asking for my consent first. When she told me what service my car would need beside the oil change, I asked her for the price. She said hold on until she found out. Next thing I know, she already administered the service without telling me the price in advance. I was pissed off and I felt that she raped me off over something that I could do on my next visit... she saw that I was pissed off by her action, she offered 10% off to me…

I don't think they rotated my tires with my service.
Come to find out they did not tighten up the middle whatever under my car now when I hit bumps or go over speed bumps it scrapes they didn't tighten the screws up in it or did not put screws in it this is the second time they did it so that metal seat under my car that they released to put the oil in or whatever it's falling down again so I think they need to replace the whole thing because it's probably all scratched up and didn't this is Friday well Saturday morning at 1:46 a.m. and I will be calling them today to let them know about this they need to do their job

I really don’t understand why Classic Honda couldn’t do 4 of the items that we’re supposed to be done. I regret buying this service plan and intend to investigate why I have to go to Mercedes which is too far for me! ????
Matthew has helped me a few times with service needs and I am very satisfied with his service.
The service department returned my vehicle with grease on the center console. It was obvious because I had it cleaned before bringing it in. Which they offered to fix. Though cleaning it took much longer than expected.
