A 2hr max wait time turned into 6.5. Absolutely infuriating. I’ve been taking my vehicles to Classic Honda for years and never had an issue. After today, I will not be returning. And, to top it off - $50 off “for my time” which is “better than nothing”. Wow - thanks. I can see how my time is valued. Horrible experience.

Panels on both front doors were not re-secured. I am unable to open my gas cover because panel is not lined back up. My oil light is still on after I asked for a full diagnostic and paid $2,000.69 and my vehicle was dropped off on Wednesday morning and picked up on Saturday afternoon. I feel like that was more than enough time to have these items taken care of. I've been a customer for several years and purchased vehicles at this location, but it's definitely not the same service as previous years. ????

My service all around plan was not honored ,it is ludachrist because all honda service plans are in the computers once we bring the car for service all over the nation. The service guys who herpes me didn't know what he was doing. He did not check thoroughly and made me pay 121 dollars for oíl change an wheel ratation. Even without a plan, enywhere ese I would pay many 75 dollars tops. And just because I am a 100 % veteran, he deducted 10%. It made me laugh. But I paid it. Last time I would go to your de alerta for service. Don't tell me that de lux all around plan are not revistero in the nationwide honda computarse. I'm still laughing. When I called for oíl change appointment, I was told by the girl that was working out of her house that clasic honda do honor plans like mines. Sorry, I would never step info your dealer ever again.
