I initially came in for a warning light that came on that was indicating my cooling system was overheating. Service center checked found nothing wrong and then a day after my seatbelt light flashed despite the fact that my seatbelt was fastened and it would not go off and it kept beeping while I was driving very irritating. There must be something wrong with the sensor system either the connections or the computer. Very disappointing for a brand new 2021 Audi

Terrible experience. My repair took over 6 months to complete, with new problems discovered each time the vehicle was inspected by Audi. The communication from Wendi started off great, but deteriorated to the point where she stopped returning my calls. I’ve been paying my monthly lease payments for a car I did not have possession of, and the delay was partially caused by the lack of attentiveness to my situation and incompetence by Audi in repairing it. My family and I have always been a huge supporter of Audi, but this has absolutely changed my perception. The only reason why I’d ever buy a car from you folks again is because of my personal relationship with Brad Nicolai, but if it wasn’t for that, I’d never buy a car here again.

Wendi was very courteous and she did her best to try and be a great customer oriented associate. However, the back-up camera is still not fully functioning despite what the mechanic’s findings that some wires/circuits were bad. The front driver side door bottom moulding (factory defect) replacement has to shipped from the factory - unsure when it will arrive.

My wife and I were totally humiliated by one of the sales person. I worked with a new person after I talked with the manager. I bought the car inly because I loved the car. However, I would never want to visit the place again because of the person.
