Well taken care of.Shuttle service was very helpful,as well and super convenient and quick.
Requested service was not done to rear headlight, and trash from service member was left in my car.
I am glad you guys have done the annual service satisfactorily. The only thing I am unhappy is about the complimentary car wash you guys offered, I wouldn’t have disappointed if you guys didn’t offer me the car wash, you guys offered it and didn’t even do it correctly. Please do the service you guys offer if not please say you guys couldn’t do it.

The service and staff very friendly when dealing with my car. I am a little upset that I had to pay for a service that is beyond my control. I have never had a problem using windshield wiper fluid in any car I’ve ever owned. And there is no note to customers on type of fluid they should use and I would think a top of the line vehicle like Audi would not have issues with windshield wiper
Fluid on a brand new car. I’m disappointed i had to pay $800 on a service that should have been covered. Disappointed in that aspect of my Audi experience. I’ve never had issues with any fluid with my other luxury vehicle. I would expect the same or even more from this company.
