My car was parked all the way in the back, they game the complementary wash, granted my car was dirty but the wash so half **** it was horrible. The uber ride provided by the dealership is so hit and miss they sometimes give me a ride both home and back to dealership sometimes only a ride home and I gotta get my on ride back to pickup my car but this time I had to uber both ways. It is what it is I won’t be back but is not his fault.

Erik Baatz has taken care of my Easy Honda service needs for almost five years. He is very professional and is always there to help and resolve my issues in a timely manner. I just had the fuel pump replaced on my Honda Fit two days ago and he got me in and out very quickly.
