Maria was great, just disappointed in not being told ahead of time the true full cost, should be told there is a $20.87 shop charge & a 3% or $6 credit card charge…I called days before to ask the price and the amount did not include these…I think that is misleading when asking the cost.

My service advisor, Brittnie N. was great. However, I did not like that I was charged a misc fee for VACUUMING glass from my door panel and maybe picking a few pieces out; this was part of the labor. I also did not appreciate being charged a 3% fee to use my credit card. Honda should be able to absorb this fee just like department stores. This will deter me from future services.

One of the concerns that I had was the message on my dashboard saying that system update was needed. I was told that this was taken care so when I got in the vehicle, the message is still popping up on my dash so the issue was not all the way resolved.
