I came to have my oil changed and battery checked and he added on rotating my tires and replacing the filters which I didn’t pay attention to, he says he told me about them but I was distracted with other things I needed to do and do not remember him saying that and didn’t read the authorization form I signed. I would have never authorized those things because I got my tires from Discount tires and they do that for free and I’ve replaced the cabin filters before myself. This is why I dislike bringing my car to y’all for service and will never do so again. I have leased or bought 3 cars from y’all but I won’t be buying anymore from there. I also didn’t get the battery because y’all wanted to price gouge me for that so I took it somewhere else to get one for $100 less and feel like y’all owe me $200 for doing the other services described above. Rudy doesn’t follow up. I had to call every time to get the answer and he say I will call you Miss Morgan never receive phone call so I’m really disappointed. He said the car will be done next day. took four days so I was not happy about that It’s not professional.
