Worse experience I have ever had at Easy Honda/Spring Branch Honda
First car there for just an oil change. It took about 1:15 minutes. I was asked if I wanted my vehicle cleaned it would take an additional 45 minutes. I was hoping to get both in about an hour. The service writer was excellent and helped me with all my questions

Makayla was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I was concerned at first because when I arrived I was told my car, which was bought used at your dealership, might not be able to be serviced. In contrast, when you sold the car to me I was guaranteed not only that Easy Honda could service the vehicle (Genesis GV80) but that I would get loaner cars and it’s even written into my contract. Yet, I still have not been able to get a loaner car. There is a disconnect between what your sales team promises and what you are actually able to deliver and that is frustrating.
He recommended parts change that totaled thousands of dollars without even looking at the car, just based on longevity. It felt like a complete scam
