I was not told ahead of time that there would be a big service charge if I used a credit card to pay my bill. I was astounded to have a huge percentage of my bill added to the total when I went to pay by credit card. If I had known, I would have paid by check. I felt deceived, over charged and unfairly treated. This is unacceptable customer service.

I usually make an appointment through Erik Baatz in the morning, but was unable to that particular time of day. I did swing in later that day on a whim and when he was free was able to help me with what I needed. And for being last minute he was always helpful. Thankyou!
