I don’t want anyone contacting me. When I am ready to purchase a car I will call you. I would like Lucas to be the person helping me. He sold me without even talking about cars. He is an asset to Honda and is very teachable. I hope you take the time to develop him. I will contact him when I am ready to purchase a car.

I depend so much on Erik Baatz regarding the maintenance of my car. He knows exactly what is needed and he is very knowledgeable, and explains the repairs so well that I understand. I feel very confident on relaying on Erik Baatz and he is so nice and courteous and easy to work with. Erik Baatz is the reason I keep coming back to easy Honda and have bought 3 Honda Accord cars.

Service takes too long. Left a message with the service rep inquiring about status of car and never received a call back. When the car was returned after completion of service the interior had a strong odor of gasoline. Additionally the floor mats were thrown in the trunk and not returned to where they were removed from. Overall the service was sub standard.
