Over 4 hours for an oil change and fluid flush. I had to call to ask to come back to the shop and found my car was complete. Wish it was a bit more timely. My agent told me he was on lunch was why he didn’t contact me

Maria was an excellent representative of Easy Honda.
I purchased this 2025 CRV brand new last year and already had issues with it. Maria initially don’t want to give me a loaner until I insisted she talk with a manager. Two weeks after dropping off the vehicle I had to call for an update. She didn’t reach out at all. It took almost 4 weeks to get my vehicle back and I drove Uber as a second job. I lost at least $1200 because of this situation.
Everything went good with the service and the attention offered by Maria Miranda. She explained me every thing about the repair and about the material that had to be changed. She showed me great courtesy.

Followed up with Brittany- she was extremely rude
I had a small Crack on windshield. The contractor didn't remove it completely like I hoped, but that's not Brittneys fault. It didn't look very different at all. Brittney said it was buffed out.
Erik works great with people and is very helpful. He is a wonderful person and should be given a high score if you score him.
