Hello, Ms. Maria Miranda was phenomenal! And super helpful. The only disappointment was that my tire pressure light came on after leaving the dealership. Two of the tire caps were also not replaced. I contacted the dealership via phone and send a message to Maria. She called me back today, 4/13 asking if I could stop by today. I will be returning to the service department today to get this matter fixed. Thanks!

I am Very Dissatisfied with Easy Honda’s assessment. I came in with a specific problem, which was an intermittent “thud” noise coming from my right / rear quarter panel at speeds over 75 mph. Easy Honda gave me a recommended repair list exceeding $5400 that started with changing out all tires ( the tires have ~10,000 on them and are essentially new. Other recommendations were: replace front struts, rear shocks, change out spark plugs, flush brake lines and front end alignment. I took my vehicle to an independent mechanic and replaced the rear shocks ( since there was an intermittent noise from the right rear quarter panel), and the “thud noise “ has stopped.

Luis Flores is by far the best to work with. When I need maintenance, I contact him for service and he makes sure that all of my needs are met while insuring service is done correctly and in a prompt manner. I just had a lot of work done and he went in on his own to see that my car was under warranty and I needed to take advantage of some maintenance before it expired. Went above and beyond to make sure that work was all done, made sure an uber took me home after I dropped my car off for service and then when it was time for pickup, made sure to have an uber pick me up at my location as well. He’s by far the best I’ve worked with and I’ll keep coming back for all of my service needs because he goes above and beyond. It’s so nice to go to this dealership for maintenance and have someone to trust that they handle all of your needs with care! Thanks again Luis!

After not having an Uber service anymore, and the shuttle being out despite my appointment, Pierre promised to get the oil change done in an hour and finished with time to spare. I’ve never had an oil change appointment go this timely and appreciate him honoring his word.
