I came to the service for an oil change using a $39 coupon and a discount for total inspection to identify some noises when steering wheel is turned. The representative has reported that my car is not safe to drive due to steering rack issues priced at $6675, moreover he has found Maintanance issues plus repairs at total $10 K. The second option of independent mechanic reported steering wheel is electronic, no issues, working as should. The car dash is not showing any codes. I feel that this rep and his manager are a fraud. He also overcharged me on old change as he added unknown dealership charge which he waved when I raised suspicions. Please look into this.

Luis was excellent. He was very good at contacting me about things rather than waiting for me to contact him and he actually called and spoke with me rather than just texting me or messaging me through your system which I really liked. I bought my car on Tuesday 4/14 and I was told by my salesman, Zay, to come back on Wednesday to pick up my spare key. I did not hear from him until I reached out on Friday to see if I could come to the dealership after work that evening to pick up my key. I did not hear back from him until Saturday morning when he told me a porter had actually LOST my key and they would need to make me a new one. I then asked him how long that would take and asked if I could swing by that morning before work to get it done….. CRICKETS. I took it upon myself to show up at the dealership today, exactly 1 week after purchasing my vehicle, to retrieve my spare key. I go to the front desk and tell the girls I am there to get my 2nd key and she then calls Zay and tells me to have a seat and a manager will come out to assist me with my key. I waited over an HOUR AND A HALF before I get back up and ask the same girl what the deal was. She acted like she didn’t know I was sitting at the table for almost 2 hours right in front of her and goes to get a manager. DUSTY comes out, shakes my hand and introduces himself to me like I didn’t just meet him a week ago, hands me a “WE OWE YOU” paper that says “2nd Key” on it and tells me he was JUST TOLD I WAS THERE! Tells me to pull around to the back to get my key. I WAS THERE FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS AND IT TOOK ME GETTING UP AND ASKING FOR AN UPDATE FOR THEM TO GET THE MANAGER THAT I THOUGHT I WAS WAITING FOR THE ENTIRE TIME????? I pull around to the service center, hand them my keys, they tell me they didn’t have any fobs in stock but another dealership in Houston would get it to them soon. I go inside and wait. And AS IM WAITING LONGER AND LONGER MY GOOGLE REVIEW GETS LONGER AND LONGER AND I START TAKING STARS OFF! I YET AGAIN WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT. As it approaches a 4 HOUR TOTAL WAIT TIME FROM THE TIME I PULLED INTO THE PARKING LOT, I get FED UP and go to the guy at the service desk and ask him what the status of my car was. He goes to the back where I’m sure they gave him some generic answer. He comes out and says it “shouldn’t take too too much longer” I go outside and sit on the bench and within 5 MINUTES MY CAR IS PULLING AROUND AND READY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY DOES IT TAKE 4 HOURS AND FOR ME SITTING AROUND WAITING FOR NOTHING AND THEN COMPLAINING TO GET WHAT I NEED???? I will never recommend this place to anyone. I will not come back to pay you for services on my vehicle. Someone owes me an apology and some sort of compensation! Nothing EASY about this!
