Dropped the car more than 7 times for the same problem, I was waiting for the manager to call back for a claim, unfortunately he didn’t call . I’m so tired to explain my problem with this car , I need someone serious to talk with , call anytime if you can help .

The car makes a sound when we turn right or left also when we reverse, that day we explained it but they didn’t hear any noise. As soon as I was going way to my home I heard the noise again and is still making that sound.

The cover is missing from the in-cabin air filter. I emailed Ms. Howard with no response. I know the tech removed it because he took a picture of the filter. I elected to replace it ,y self, and when I went to change it, I found the cover missing behind the glove compartment.
