The guest wi-fi is unreliable. I could not use a couple of apps because they kept saying there was no Internet connection. I asked the woman at the customer service desk if the wi-fi was working and she said it should be but made no effort to see why I was experiencing problems. If I had I known the wi-fi connection was going to be intermittent, I would have requested an Uber ride to take me home for two hours rather than sit in your waiting room with limited Internet.
