I'm happy with the service, however I feel like there could have been a proactive approach in regards to communication. I felt like I had to continually check in for status updates instead of being kept abreast of status/ delays as they came.
They kept my car two days just to say they couldn’t fix it. Poor customer service lack of knowledge. Keito is a nice guy. The others ****!
