Richard is great and very professional.
I bought my truck over two weeks ago and it broke down within 10 miles of driving it. I haven’t even had it in my possession more than a few hours total. No one has communicated to me what the problem with it is, and I still have no clue when I’ll get it back. All the while interest is accumulating on a vehicle I’m not even using.
It was my first interaction with Lori. Very personable, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Great service! Tim
Lori is very helpful. I called about a problem with my car when I was traveling to Phoenix last week. She checked with service and assured me it was ok to drive and made this appt to follow up.

First let me say I know there was shortage of staff. No one called to let me know my car wasn’t ready. When I did call I was told they were waiting for a part for a warranty. When I called back was informed that part was back ordered with no ETA. I show up a week later to pick up car and the service work I brought in for wasn’t done. I left another day. I was shocked by the price of an Oil change. To be charged labor to add an oil additive since they had to put oil in to the engine anyway. Hope the staff gets well.
I understand that the service department was short staffed but I did not receive a call when my car was done and the time estimate given to me was incorrect.
Lori was very professional in handling staff shortages and my 2 hour wait for scheduled oil change and lack of promised courtesy ride. I have asked for an appraisal once before and never received it. Might want to send salespeople to the waiting room to offer an appraisal.
The whole staff could not have been more helpful and richly service-minded in the use of their respective, much appreciated skills and kindness. It was a joy to experience their dedication to giving the best they are committed to give.
For starters, was never given a time estimate of how long it would take. Was actually barely communicated to. Then when my vehicle finally was finished, I got in to find my entire room above the drivers side covered in grease. No one mentioned anything to me either, I had to go back in and point it out and they were reluctant to help. Bogus. And this is not the first time I’ve have crummy service that has left me upset.
Thank you for taking care of my vehicle, for educating me on its best use and for finding a scarf I thought I’d lost.

My car came back with a new problem. I hope it’s only minor. My vehicle did not sputter at stop lights before taking in for repair. The repair itself seems to be good .
