The service was good overall and everyone was incredibly helpful, but the communication wasn't the best.the text saying my car was ready came in about 4 hours after I had picked it up, and had no updates after dropping it off
1 1/2 hours for an oil change is a little much!

Only issue was you called and said it was ready yet they were still washing when we arrived, could be because wer 2 mins away.
I have not received my vehicle report and I called and asked for it. Still nothing.
We were traveling a 1,000 miles from home and needed warranty service on our palisade. Got us in quickly and everyone was friendly and accommodating. I ask if icould clean the bugs just off windshield and they washed the entire car. Awesome service
