The new front desk person, Anna, isn’t helpful. She’s unable to answer questions about services or provide accurate estimate. The mechanics are great. I ended up bringing my car in twice for services I could have gotten done at the same time because Anna’s estimate was off by over $500 which was then past my budget. I think she still needs some training on how to provide estimates and being able to explain services that Kia offers so things are more efficient.
I brought my car in at 10:40 for my appointment at 11. Around 1 o’clock, I decided to call considering it had been two hours. Once I did, I was informed that the person servicing my car just came back from his break and he has just started working on my car. It was finally done at 1:40; 3 hours after dropping it off. I am very disappointed considering the last time I serviced my car I was in and out in an hour. I just do not understand the long wait considering it only took about 40 minutes to finish the full oil change. If it was going to be a long wait, I would’ve preferred to be told a later estimated time to bring my car back rather than having to walk around in the cold and sitting at different restaurants.
I had an appointment that I had scheduled for 2:00 pm. After waiting an hour, I noticed that my car was still waiting to be serviced. I went to the desk and it wasn't until I said something that they started to do the service on my car which took another hour. It was disappointing to have that extra wait when I had an appointment and if I hadn't said something, it may have been even longer.

It took about 2 hours beyond what was estimated and if it was completed prior to that, no one told my husband.
You guys were very nice, but we set up an appointment 2 months in advance or so. You knowing the recall issues. You did not have the part. Now we have to come back. We drove from Holbrook 90 miles away to have us turn around without solving the problem. Being 76 yrs old it was hard for me. I appreciate your help and looking forward to getting my car fixed. I will see you soon take

I was never called with updates on my car. I would call and leave a VM with no call back. They had the car for 2 weeks! When I actually did talk to someone and I could not understand why it was taking SO long to get to my car the guy said “ welcome to Northern Arizona.” Not a good answer!!! This service dept is also not open on Saturday which is extremely inconvenient when you actually work for a living!! I love my Kia Soul but I will not be buying another Kia because the service department is not capable of doing a job in a timely manner nor do they communicate to their customers!!!!

This is the 1st dealer I've been to where there's a labor charge, and significant, for replacing tires. Never again. And....I'm sharing.
