I bought a maintenance package when I released my Kia in Phoenix. It’s supposed to cover oil changes and was told that it doesn’t matter which dealer you go to. Oxendale didn’t honor the coupon. I thought $95 for 4 quarts of oil was excessive. I decided not to have your company change the oil and I’m returning to Phoenix on Thursday to have it done there.
