Russell did not do his job. Instead of telling me what I need to fix on my car to stop the noise he just said they only heard a small noise when slowing down.. n if u hit the brakes hard the noise will become a problem n that’s not even the case…
Other than staff not wearing masks most of the time, my experience was pretty good. Russell was great!
They were very professional and friendly. Great service and my car was done before the delivery time they gave me plus they washed my car!! That was fantastic and she looked beautiful.???? We ended up joking with other customers and the advisors...refreshing with all the junk going on in the world. And I got to see my favorite salesman Pa!!

When we got our vehicle back it was almost out of gas. The dash and inside of the windshield was covered in a layer of dust like the window had been left down while it was inside the shop. The driver side window button is broken and the passenger side air vents only blow cold air. I called and left a message on 11/2 the same day we picked up the vehicle, but no one has called me back. I called today and asked to speak to someone the lady said the supervisors were not available and she could set me up for an appt to come back or transfer me to voicemail again. I asked for an appt because we want this fixed as soon as possible and the earliest appt she could offer was 11/27. I told her we couldn't do that Saturday that we would be in South Carolina from 11/23-27, so right now we have an appt for 11/29 at 7:45. I am frustrated that we are told to ensure the loaner vehicle is in kept in good condition when we return it, yet when we come to pick up our vehicle we aren't afforded the same courtesy and now there is something wrong with it and we have to bring it back.
The employees were courteous and helpful but that $194 diagnostic fee is outrageous and unnecessary. I get that y’all need to charge a fee - that totally makes sense to me and if it were a nominal & reasonable amount I’d be more than happy to pay it - but almost $200??! Very dumb and unreasonable policy. I know I’m speaking into a void right now because you are a corporation and I’m a nobody but on the off chance that anyone on the receiving end of this actually cares to know, a $194 diagnostic fee is a very stupid policy...makes me dislike KIA very much despite being satisfied with my car and the service this dealership provided. Yalls mechanics and salespeople are great..DO NOT pin the blame on them! Place the blame on your extremely dumb $194 diagnostic fee policy. Peace !
