I was told a recall was not ready and available, but it shows on the internet as being ready. My trunk still will not close and am waiting for a resolution

I went to Sams Club and they had the same tire for 30.00 cheaper but Sams said the tire would take 3 days. I called Kia and they initially told me they had 2 of the tires. I left Sams went to Kia and was told the tires were sold and they would get tire for me the next day. Next day has turned into 5 days. i could have saved 30.00 and had my tire since Thursday. i skipped going to see my son play football because I could not drive long distance with a repaired tire. Highly disappointed. The road side service was very poor also.
I appreciate the non pressure service from the staff and excellent customer service.
Russel was great, the receptionists that answer the phone on the service department were no help and not accommodating, quickly to point out what they couldn’t do without finding a solution to the problem. That’s a red flag on customer service and needs to be addressed for the better of your business, thankfully Ken found the solution.
I love my car, just don’t quite love the effort that is lacking in some of the personal.
It was a great experience.
