Would love it if all the service reception staff would wear masks though!
Was very happy with the service I received. My car was ready when they promised and even vacuumed & washed my car! And when I came to pick it up, they brought my car around for me! Thanks guys!!

I am very happy with Russell and his service over the years with my Optima. After purchasing a Hyundai I took it back to KIA because of Russell‘s attentiveness. Nonetheless, when I called to make the appointment the individual on the other end of the phone, not Russell, did not tell me that I would be charged for the service. Immediately after receiving a surprise bill I spoke to the manager. I did not receive an adequate response and left feeling very frustrated and annoyed. Not at Russell or Kim.
Questions regarding service coupons not satisfactory answered.
When I arrived no one knew about my appointment to have the tint fixed on my car for the window. I was told that I got the days wrong and that I wasn’t supposed to be there for my oil changed until December 1. When I explained I wasn’t there for an oil change I was told to just come inside so they can figure out what’s going on.

They tried to tell me after I got all the way to Kia dealership I didn’t have an appointment and I know I did I even called this morning to make sure of the time and the service clerk almost argued me down I didn’t have an appointment and I told her I came too far too not to leave my car and she got a nasty attitude so the service was garbage
Courteous and gave an estimated time for job completion, which was accurate
