Don't bother contacting me, I'm done with Kia. Selling my crap car. Ariel was terrible. No communication whatsoever. Waited weeks trying to get information, I had to go through corporate to get a reply. Awful stuff, everyone should feel shame for their pathetic work performance.

Appointment was for key replacement and the part was not ordered. I have tried to get a duplicate key for over a year.
I shared this with the young woman who checked me out/ran my transaction; the full outstanding balance had an additional costs that was NOT listed.
It was very disappointing to be made aware of this sudden change as I was checking out and told I’d receive a discount due to not being out of there the promised 30 minutes prior to what time I actually left.
This was unexpected and again disappointing.
