I watched the technician drop from shoulder level my wheel lug nut covers to the ground. The covers are polished hard plastic which cover upscale wheel rims. Also, the service rep did not go over the items in the bill. Just total cost. There was a $10 item. My guess it was a oil additive for high mileage. My engine was replace about 25,000 miles ago which does not match the odometer. Your dealership replaced the engine.

While I’m satisfied with the service that was done, it will take a while for me to determine if the issue was corrected. The recall issue was kinda of scary and I’m hoping that the correction method used did in fact eliminate the malfunctioning HECU unit.

Russell saved me today. I had a screw in my tire and barely made in to the dealership before the tire was completely flat. I had called ahead and had a 2:30 appointment but arrived at 1:00. He was able to work me in and had a tire in stock. I was back on the road in 1.5 hours. He really saved the day and I really appreciate it.
