I thought I was getting a full sized hitch. Talked to 2 reps about the hitch and no one ever went over what the hitch looked like. When I dropped off my car the night before service, I saw 2 sizes of hitch. I called the service dept first thing in the am to disccuss. No one called me back. An hour later I called back- the small size hitch was already in process - so I had no choice. When I picked up my car, no one asked if I had questions or went over the process or showed me the hitch. I paid and left.
