As I am new to the Subaru family as of February 2023. I really appreciated that everyone I interacted with treated me very kindly. However, I wasn’t satisfied with being told the wobble under my feet at 18 mph was probably the cvt and if it gets worse bring it back. I’m not a mechanic but I would think that the worse a problem became the more damage could potentially occur. That is extremely unsettling. Fixing the problem now would give me peace of mind.
Not sure she understood what I was saying about the problem with may car. I was trying to explain that the problem had been happening for more than a year, I had all ready replaced my battery once because of being drained by something. I was told this problem with the dcm started earlier this month. I believe that the battery problem had been going on for sometime.

Blain did the best he could. I have no complaints with him. But it took two hours for my car to be inspected, another two hours for my car to be returned to me. And I had an appointment. Your new system is overbooking and it will cost you business. Starting with me. I’ll try again for my next repairs, but my current issue (estimating $2K) will be fixed somewhere else.
I waited over an hour and a half for a for service to my vehicle. The letter I received stated it was a thirty minute process. The tech I spoke to on the phone when scheduling stated 30-45 minutes. This was unacceptable. Several folks coming in AFTER me were out the door before me.
Steve was very courteous and helped me get pricing for tires including letting me know about the sale going on. Steve also was very quick and let me know via phone when complete. Excellent service from Steve

Sorry for late reply, we’ve been on vacation. The engine oil level had been excessively over filled at your shop. We didn’t measure exactly, but it had to be at least 2” ABOVE the full mark. When we brought this to your attention we were told it was taken care of AND the oil filter was changed. It is our belief that the oil filter was only changed and no oil was drained as the level was still above full. Excessive over filling of oil can damage engines. We bring this to your attention so it doesn’t happen in the future to us or other customers. We hope this doesnot cause our engine to have premature seals, etc. failure.
