Your service manager is a jerk. I had him inspecting the windshield. The windshield had a very small crack in the very side windshield. I can send a picture if you would like. He was a smartass and stated it was "blatently obvious". Just so you know I bought my 2020 subaru ascent BRAND NEW from your delarship. Look it up. Katrina T
Tod was great. There was a delay in delivery of my pre ordered tires so Tod arranged a loaner vehicle for me, which was very convenient. Unfortunately there was a mix up with what tires were delivered to Wagner and installed so I will need to make another trip but Tod assured me he will contact me when the fix can be made and I am confident that he and Wagner will make it right. I have always found your service department to be trustworthy and fair and am happy to be able to rely on such good people for my vehicle’s needs.

Tod was very helpful and courteous. The work on my car took a little longer than expected and he checked on it for me. He explained what was going on with it which alleviated my concern. This is why we continue to patronize Wagner. The staff there is always friendly and helpful.
I wouldn't call my experience extraordinary. My car was serviced as I would have expected, but I'm not a guy! The biggest reason I bought my car is because I really trust Wagner Subaru. I also really like my Impreza.I only ask for basic respect.I would never wish to cause anyone discomfort
My overall service was good. No problem with the car maintenance. My only issue was with the lack of communication. I was told an hour and half for my service and at almost the three hour mark I checked to see if anything was wrong. Apparently I was recommended for a service but no one had said anything to me about it. I don’t mind the wait at all. If a service is going to take that much longer, I would just liked to be updated.
Steve communicated well about the vehicle, outlined options and did no unnecessary work. Highly satisfied

It was nice to receive a loaner car, and everyone was pleasant, but my car did not receive a wash after asking for it. It seemed my vehicle was driven quite a bit; maybe as much as 30 miles was added in my absence. The radio was left turned on and at a loud volume (I had it turned off), and there was white powder all over the dashboard.
