Took a half day off work to come all the way up from Nipomo to get recall work done. Kia Paso had called me saying the part was in and the time and date of the appointment. Drove all the way up and wait several hours just to be told that they did not have the part after all and I would have to come back at a later date. Hundreds of dollars on missed work, hours of driving and expenses just to get nothing done. Mind you they called me telling me I needed to come up and that they have the part. The only consolation they offered was a quick wash of the car. Garbage, unprofessional and poor business practice. Will be leaving an online review and notifying Kia of the terrible customer service. If I did this at my job I would be fired.
I went in for a simple tail light change which they informed me that it will simple and take about 1 hour. My car was still where I parked a hour while waiting. I had to Notify the service gentleman that my car was still there and then he ran out to let somebody know. I was there for over two hours. I always like Kia service but probably will not bring my car back there.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Paso Robles Kia, and my service advisor Gino. I dropped off my Kia for a service/diagnosis appointment on Monday August 2. Gino asked my if I would be staying on site for the diagnosis, and that they wouldn't be able to look at my car for "at least an hour". I called back 3 days later when I had heard nothing from Gino, and was told that my car was ELEVENTH in line to be diagnosed. I heard nothing for three more WEEKS until I called back again and was told my Kia was next in line to be diagnosed. I again heard nothing until I called back four days later and was told that my Kia had been diagnosed and they were waiting for parts to be shipped. I understand that this location is short-staffed due to staff sickness, but I believe I should have been notified when dropping it off that my car would not be diagnosed for FOUR WEEKS, and I may have made a different decision rather than letting my car sit at Kia Paso Robles for this time. I believe you need to serious overhaul your appointment system to better reflect the availability of your crew. Also, when I picked up my car, few if any of the employees were wearing masks in the crowded indoor office. If your location is having difficulty keeping a full staff due to COVID illness, I would think masks would be encouraged/required to attempt to avoid these absences. Finally, when I did pick up my car, Gino was with another customer so I took delivery from another employee. When I asked Gino if he would like to say anything about my car, he made a joke but gave no information. NO ONE apologized for the FIVE WEEKS I was without my car (over SEVEN WEEKS from when I first called to make the appointment). I will be recommending against anyone purchasing a Kia or getting their Kia serviced at Paso Robles. Thank you.

You're dishonest. I appreciate Jasmine being truthful when I scheduled my appt but Gino was not. It's been an issue for years so its not Ginos fault. I bought from here because I liked my previous Kia, wanted another. I continue to go only because you are the closest Kia dealership. It's unfortunate but hopefully temporary. One day I'll be able to buy from out of the area.

Service managers are extremely unorganized, ignore incoming phone calls, made an appointment and my car wasnt diagnosed until following day. The level of incompetence is over whelming. Ive watched both service managers lose paperwork to only find it sitting right in front of them where it was placed. I will never have my Kia serviced by paso kia again,
